barbell - hinge - Hamstrings
Stand with feet hip-width apart. Hold the barbell in front of your thighs. Hinge at your hips while keeping your back neutral. Lower the bar along your legs, then drive your hips forward to stand tall.
• Keep the bar close • Push hips back • Brace your core • Keep your spine neutral
Glutes, lower back, core
Rounding the back. Squatting instead of hinging. Letting the bar drift away from the legs. Barbell - hinge - Hamstrings
