Terms and Conditions

By booking or using our coaching services (Basic Coaching, Premium Coaching, Free Physical Assessment, Online Consultation & Nutrition Plan), you agree to the following:

Services. We provide personal fitness coaching, training programs, and nutrition guidance. Details and pricing may change and will be confirmed with you before you enroll.
Booking & Payment. Sessions/programs are confirmed once we acknowledge your booking. Fees must be paid as agreed before or at the start of the program.
Cancellations. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Monthly programs may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Health Disclaimer. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You confirm you are fit to participate (or have medical clearance) and must disclose any health conditions to us beforehand. Our advice, including nutrition plans, does not replace professional medical advice. You take part at your own risk.
Results. We don’t guarantee specific results — outcomes depend on individual effort and body response.
Conduct. Please treat our coach, staff, and other clients with respect. We may end our arrangement with you for misconduct or non-payment.
Privacy. Your personal information is collected and used only to provide our services and is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). It won’t be sold or shared without your consent.
Liability. We are not liable for injury or loss during your participation, except where caused by our own negligence, to the extent allowed by Philippine law.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted on our site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with disputes handled in the courts of General Santos City, South Cotabato.
